In addition to setting up the regional EDF Commerce Méditerranée division in the business district created by Euroméditerranée, the EDF Group has been closely involved since the start of the project. In particular, EDF and its subsidiaries were appointed energy provider for the SMARTSEILLE ecodistrict, at the service of its residents, with optimised energy expenditure. The EDF Group developed a heating/cooling solution there from a warm sea water loop. The sea water loop regulates energy exchanges by balancing supply and demand.

After the inauguration of our B&B, Marseilles La Joliette, end 2010, our second hotel, which opened end 2013, reinforced our presence in this emblematic and fully renovated district.
