Bruno Pinard, the general manager of BNP Paribas Immobilier, presented two new real estate projects in Euroméditerranée 1 on the Aix-Marseille-Provence metropolis stand at the 2017 Mipim in Cannes. The Corail project is located Boulevard de Dunkerque there where the old BMW Station 7 used to be.

The building, which will be completed in 2018, will include 7 storeys, of which 14,500 m² office space (1,145 workstations) and 857 m² shops on the ground floor (5 commercial units). A 212-space underground car park is also planned. Designed by the architect Jacques Ferrier, Le Corail will be, according to its promoter, “integrated in the glazing of the double coating, and reinforced by the came covering the façades. ”. The work will begin in autumn. Consultations are ongoing to choose the companies which will carry out the work.
