For this first season, the focus is on the Euroméditerranée extension to the north of Bougainville metro station.

Method
Phase 1 : preparing an application (6 weeks)
The publication of the CEI launches the first phase of the consultation. The purpose of this first phase is for groups to come together and prepare a preliminary programme for the chosen site.
Based on an examination of the applications and on interviews, Euroméditerranée will decide on its chosen teams for phase 2 at each site.
Phase 2 : formalising a bid (6 weeks)
This period will enable the finalist groups to refine their project and prepare their bid. Workshops will be organised with each selected group to guide them in this task.
