Parc Saint-Charles and surrounding areas

The removal of the last section of the A7 motorway will make it possible to build a closed and guarded urban park of more than one hectare, from 2017, making a total of approximately 3 hectares of entirely renovated public space. An area like this in such a dense urban space is exceptional.

The team of award-winning project managers includes a landscaping company, Alfred Peter, an architecture agency, STOA, a sociologist and a design office.

The park will be developed in 3 phases:

  • Phase 1.1: Biaggi / Turenne / Bowling pitch
  • Phase 1.2: Nedelec, Porte d'Aix
  • Phase 2: Park (staggered between 2017 and 2018)
