Ruffi school complex
There was a strong ambition behind this project, to reinforce local education for current residents and to facilitate the arrival of new residents.
Construction of a school complex located on island 1 A South of the CIMED mixed development zone, including an 8-class infants school, a 12-class primary school and 2 adaptation classes, and a half-board school.
The building will cover a total 3,720 m² floor space and 2,300 m² outdoor surface area (2 playgrounds).
The EPAEM is the direct contracting authority for the project as part of a partnership agreement signed with the Ville de Marseille. Project management was entrusted to the group, the agent for which is TAUTEM ARCHITECTURE.
This project comes under the scope of an ambitious environmental approach: BDM Argent certification/Participation in experimentation of the future E+C- regulation (AMI ADEME) / BEPOS EFFINERGIE 2017. It will be connected to the THASSALIA marine energy conversion plant (underfloor heating/cooling).
It is the first school in Marseilles for which the design studies were conducted in BIM.
